About the blog

Welcome to my neocities page!
What started as a website to house my art has now completely blown over into this strange half-blog, half-narrative amalgamation. It contains a blog (obviously), an info page about the blog itself/ the webmaster /my character, a character diary, an art library and A TON of small, hidden pages. Don’t take anything here too seriously.
I’ve always loved journalling, so the blog is just a non-serious way for me to cool off some steam. As for the story-telling part, I used to love to write, but nowadays I barely ever have the motivation to. I’m hoping that starting a diary as a character will get me to practice more often. This site also has a song of the week, which I’ll try to update every Friday, aswell as a log of any media im currently into.
With all the AI tools being implemented everywhere, it’s refreshing to see so many hand-coded sites made by other people who care. The fatigue is real! I just want a place to house my creative work in a fun way so that hopefully life won’t pass me by. Surfing through pages that were built with love and care is truly a good feeling. Speaking of, if you want to link my website, here’s my button

New pages and clickable elements are coming soon! There are already tons of nooks and crannies, and as of (LAST UPDATE), I’m still alive to maintain it. Eventually, I hope to have a complete puzzle of a website, if I can even keep this going for long enough. Oh well, I suppose time will tell!
About the character: Major is the medic on board of a long-duration space mission. She’s the only one out of her crew of six that seems to be left. There was no trace of her crewmates’ disappearances. A sick joke, really. What’s the use for a medic if there’s no one left to tend to? She spends her time maintaining the vessel, steering to the best of her abilities, and trying to reach ground control. Oh, and writing scrappy poetry. You’ll find a lot of that.
Originally, she was just meant to be how I draw myself, but since I can’t take anything lightly, she now has her own full blown story. It’s very, without better terminology, pêle-mêle, but I’m glad it exists. Hopefully this will turn into something I can be proud of!
